NamaStay Hideaway is a beautiful treed property of 3.5 acres in a country setting, but within 20 minutes of a major city (McKinney) in North Dallas. This community is currently in the beginning build stages so please LIKE and FOLLOW our Facebook site for updates! We will have 20 pads for THOW (under 400 sq. feet) and RVs. Our tribe (residents) will be on a monthly rent schedule with a one year lease. We want this to be YOUR home so everyone can stay awhile and become part of a unique community of like minded, open, responsible, respectful, and fun individuals. Application, background check, and credit check are required. Water, lawn maintenance, storm shelter(s), two parking spots, trash, mailboxes, and various seating areas throughout the community to enjoy nature will be included. Electric is available and based on usage. High speed fiber optic internet will be available for a separate but reasonable fee. Rent is $550 per month. We have ideas for how to add to the community for example a fire pit/grill area, more seating, outdoor covered gathering area, and possibly a small pool, however will want out residents (family) to come with their ideas!
Cool feature: Our families home is located on the property and one of us was a former THOW owner...until we met the other one. 😉
